Connor Hoffman is a writer, editor, communicator, outdoorsman, and gearhead based in Kansas City, KS, who has worked in the automotive industry since 2018 in editorial and public relations. He has tested and written about hundreds of cars and helped lead the media launches of the 2024 Toyota Tacoma and Land Cruiser as the Senior PR lead for Toyota’s trucks and SUVs. Connor is a graduate of the Missouri School of Journalism, where he earned a degree in magazine journalism. He started his career at Car and Driver after a summer internship, and his work has also been seen in Edmunds, Road & Track, Men's Health, Esquire, U.S. News & World Report, J.D. Power, and Capital One Autos.
He is now a freelance writer and editor and loves four-wheeling and camping in his 2007 4Runner, waking up next to the same fire from the night before, golfing (poorly), shredding on his mountain bike, and sipping on a high-proof bourbon that’s packed with flavor and, better yet, memories. He lives in Kansas City with his wife, Allison, and rescued Golden Retriever, Annie.
